Alma Square

Alma Square is a landmark mixed-use development set to redefine apartment living and urban connectivity in the heart of North Perth. Located on Fitzgerald Street approximately 2.5km from the Perth CBD, the development combines premium residential apartments with integrated retail, hospitality and commercial spaces to create a vibrant new inner-city precinct.

The development incorporates a diverse range of apartment typologies, extensive resident amenities and activated ground-floor spaces designed to enhance the surrounding North Perth streetscape and local community experience.

Atlas Building is delivering the project with a strong focus on quality, buildability and stakeholder collaboration, drawing on its experience in delivering complex urban and mixed-use developments across Western Australia. The project also incorporates prefabricated structural and façade elements supplied by Atlas Precast, including hollowcore flooring systems and precast panels with integrated tiling and brickwork finishes. This approach supports improved programme efficiency, quality control and installation certainty across the development.
