The redevelopment of Glengarry Shopping Centre in Duncraig will transform the ageing retail precinct into a modern mixed-use shopping destination anchored by a new full-line Woolworths supermarket. The project also includes cafés, restaurants, specialty retail, convenience outlets and commercial office space, delivering approximately 4,000sqm of net lettable area for the local community.
Atlas Building is delivering the project for Fabcot, working alongside Adaptis as Project Manager, Hames Sharley as Architect and HERA Engineering as Structural Consultant. The development incorporates post-tensioned slab systems to achieve the long-span structural requirements associated with modern supermarket layouts and improved retail flexibility.
Atlas Precast is also supplying structural precast elements to support construction efficiency and programme delivery.
