Design and construction of a multi-residential development comprising 50 dwellings over three levels, consisting of one- and two-bedroom apartments with adjacent car parking and communal spaces at ground level. The project also includes a separate 51-bay car park with stormwater infrastructure and shade structures, as well as site services including the installation of a Water Corporation sewer and a Western Power substation.
