The Andrew Russell Veteran Living project forms part of RAAFA WA’s ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality retirement and supported living communities for veterans and the broader Western Australian community. The project has been designed to provide modern, connected and accessible living environments that support resident wellbeing, independence and community engagement. Atlas Building’s involvement reflects its experience delivering complex aged care, retirement living and community infrastructure projects across Western Australia, with a strong focus on build quality, operational functionality and stakeholder collaboration throughout delivery.
