Delivered in partnership with Tetris Capital, the 6 Homelea Court development in Rivervale is a landmark affordable housing project being delivered under the Housing Australia Future Fund (HAFF). The 12-storey development will provide 171 affordable apartments approximately five kilometres from the Perth CBD, supporting key workers, seniors and vulnerable members of the community.
Atlas Building was appointed as the Design & Construction contractor following an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process and is delivering the project utilising prefabricated structural systems in collaboration with Atlas Precast to improve programme efficiency, build quality and delivery certainty.
