Atlas Building recently joined project partners and stakeholders to celebrate the official sod turning ceremony for the Rivervale Build-to-Rent development at 6 Homelea Court.
Delivered in partnership with Tetris Capital and Home in Place, the project will deliver 171 apartments as part of the Federal Government’s Housing Australia Future Fund (HAFF) initiative.
The ceremony marked the formal commencement of construction on the 12-storey development, which is aimed at increasing the supply of long-term rental housing within the Perth market.
Located in Rivervale, approximately five kilometres from the Perth CBD, the project will combine modern residential design with efficient construction methodologies to support programme certainty and delivery efficiency.
Atlas Building is proud to be contributing to another significant housing project that supports greater housing accessibility and long-term community outcomes across Western Australia.
The development also highlights the continued collaboration between Atlas Building and Atlas Precast, with the project set to incorporate advanced precast construction systems as part of the structural solution.
