Construction has commenced on the Andrew Russell Veteran Living (ARVL) facility in Cannington, a purpose-built development designed to provide emergency accommodation and support services for veterans at risk of homelessness.
Delivered for RAAFA WA, the development will provide 16 self-contained accommodation units alongside wraparound support services aimed at assisting veterans transition into stable long-term housing.
The project has received significant support from both State and Federal Government initiatives, including funding from Lotterywest and the ANZAC Day Trust.
Atlas Building is proud to be involved in a project that will deliver meaningful social impact for the Western Australian veteran community.
Beyond the physical construction outcome, the development reflects the importance of creating safe, dignified and supportive environments for vulnerable members of the community.
Construction is now underway, with the facility expected to provide an important new support pathway for veterans across Western Australia.
