Atlas Building recently joined Bethanie, government representatives and project stakeholders to celebrate the official sod turning ceremony for the Bethanie Housing Fremantle development.
The ceremony marked the formal commencement of works on the significant social and affordable housing project, which will deliver 50 new apartments in Fremantle, including 10 Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) units.
The project has been supported through a combination of State and Federal housing initiatives aimed at increasing the supply of accessible and affordable housing across Western Australia.
Representatives from government and project delivery teams attended the event, acknowledging the importance of collaborative partnerships in addressing growing housing demand within the community.
Atlas Building is proud to be involved in the delivery of a project that will provide long-term social benefit while supporting inclusive and independent living outcomes for future residents.
The development continues Atlas Building’s strong involvement in projects that contribute positively to Western Australian communities through thoughtful, future-focused construction delivery.
