This project included a new Coles supermarket, new Kmart, up to 65 new tenancies, 12 new apartments, more than 1000 new car parking bays with the majority of these on the rooftop open-air car park and infrastructure for a future cinema complex and fast food outlet.
Added to the project was the expansion of the current Woolworths supermarket that remained trading continuously without interruption.
