Precinct Apartments Stage 2 is the second stage of Norup+Wilson’s development in Mt Pleasant. The multi-use project consists of 21 levels above ground, 2 below and a 4-level carpark.
The ground floor houses 11 food and beverage tenancies which are connected by the piazza.
The tower contains 192 apartments, communal facilities including a swimming pool, library, theatre room, cabana, steam room, gym, running track and sky lounge.
